Apple's flagship office in Bengaluru boasts a three-floor parking space for 740 cars, a signature cafeteria called Caffè Macs, and a green belt covering 15% of the site area. The facility can accommodate 4,200 people and is set to increase its employee count to 1,000 next year. The office is a consolidation of Apple's smaller offices in Bengaluru, including the relocation of the App Accelerator and the registered office. The Minsk Square office was developed by the Prestige Group and commands a rental of Rs 190 per sft.
