WeWork’s ‘substantial doubt’ about its future marks a stunning fall

WeWork, the once-prized co-working start-up founded in 2010 by Adam Neumann and Miguel McKelvey that was valued at $47bn in 2019, has said there is "substantial doubt" it can remain in business. Customers are abandoning offices and shares have plummeted 40% with the company's bond are also deeply troubled.
