Indian server maker Netweb Technologies India’s Rs 631 crore ($85m) initial public offering (IPO) will be available for subscription from 17-19 July, with bidding starting 14 July. The IPO includes Rs 206 crore in fresh equity and an offer-for-sale of 8.5 million equity shares by existing shareholders comprising Sanjay Lodha, Vivek Lodha, Navin Lodha, Niraj Lodha and Ashoka Bajaj Automobiles.
