Amazon likely to challenge NCLAT order in Supreme Court

Amazon is likely to move the Supreme Court against the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) order which rejected its plea challenging the Competition Commission of India’s (CCI) suspension of approval of the US e-tailer’s investment in Future Coupons (FCPL).
