Women representation in top management continues to be abysmal in India, a study by HR consultancy firm Xpheno shows. Out of the 200 recent C-suite movements studied, which mostly took place between October and March when the pandemic was ebbing, 96% of top leadership changes in technology companies were by men. For non-tech companies, it was 86%.
