For 3 weeks, Baltimore has struggled with a cyber attack by digital extortionists that has frozen thousands of computers, shut down email and disrupted real estate sales and other services. A key component of the malware that cyber criminals used was developed at Baltimore-Washington Parkway at National Security Agency, according to security experts.
